Estate Manager

Tailored for the larger development, this service level includes regular management meetings, long-term financial planning and routine site inspections and reporting.

Estate Manager Plus

As above but tailored toward the modern apartment block which may include additional services such as lifts, video security and controlled automated entry.

Block Manager

We recognise that some smaller developments do not always have either the financial resources or the need for a full management service, so we are pleased to offer a trimmed down service to suit the requirement and budget of this sector.

Treasurer

A number of our clients have expressed a wish to retain a close involvement in the running of their developments and we have been happy to offer a treasurer and administration only service to support this requirement.
